Why Upper Valley Medical Center?
Patients who choose Upper Valley Medical Center for their rehabilitation services are choosing a diverse array of rehabilitation services, including many Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities-accredited programs.
Inpatient Rehab Outcomes trend better than the national average
At Upper Valley Medical Center, we pride ourselves on the work we do with our patients. Our inpatient rehab outcomes exceed the national and regional averages. For example, the average length of stay for a UVMC patient is 11 days, which is two days shorter than both the regional and national outcomes. And, 88 percent of UVMC’s patients are successfully discharged directly home after an inpatient stay, compared to only 75 percent nationally and 74 percent regionally.
Upper Valley Medical Center’s Inpatient Rehabilitation program and WorkFORCE program are Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities-accredited. The accreditation is the highest distinction a rehabilitation program can achieve.
