CareFinders – Updating Physician Profiles
It’s that time of year again - February and March is the time period when we ask physicians to confirm or update their referral profiles for CareFinders. By having an up-to-date profile, we will be better able to provide the following:
- Accurate, up-to-date information in the CareFinders referral database
- Updated profile with individual physician information on your respective hospital(s) and Premier Health web sites
- Appointment reminders
- On-line referral appointments
