If you have questions about your bill, would like more information about financial assistance programs, or have other concerns about billing or insurance, the Upper Valley Medical Center (UVMC) Patient Financial Advocate staff is available to assist you.

For your convenience, you can reach the UVMC business office:

  • In person: The UVMC cashier’s office is located in off the Main Lobby of the Medical Center and in the Business Office in the Dettmer building. Contact the office staff at (937) 208-2777 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
