At Upper Valley Medical Center, diversity initiatives show in our actions and behaviors. We believe having employees who reflect the diverse communities we serve—and who understand the influence of culture in health care—translates into better patient care.
UVMC’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect for others is apparent in all we do. Because beliefs and customs can impact diagnosis, healing, and perceptions of quality, culturally competent care is a critical part of our diversity initiative. Our diversity policy reflects this commitment.
We invite you to join a hospital where your differences are valued and where you can help make a difference in the lives of patients. For more information about career openings at UVMC, call (937) 440-7755 or start your job search here.
The Upper Valley Medical Center (UVMC) Administrative Fellowship Program prepares individuals for mid-level management positions in health care. The two-year fellowship program includes rotations through major departments in the hospital while also accommodating participants' special interests. One Fellowship is awarded every other year.
Fellowships give employees experience in financial management, process engineering, human resources administration, facility planning, and strategic planning. They also expose participants to the organization's decision-making process through meetings of the hospital board, medical staff, senior management, and influential external community groups.
More detailed information about the Administrative Fellowship and instructions on how to apply are available in this pdf. To open this file you'll need Adobe® Acrobat Reader®, which you can download for free.
